    • Do I need previous experience to attend this course?
      Yes. This course is designed for qualified nail technicians who are already trained in gel polish. You don’t need prior builder gel experience - this training is ideal if you’re new to builder gel or have tried it and want to improve your results.
    • Is this course suitable for beginners?
      This is not a complete beginner nail course. You must have basic nail knowledge and gel polish training before attending. If you’re unsure whether this course is right for you, please get in touch and we’ll happily advise.
    • Will this course be hands-on?
      Yes. This is an in-academy, practical training day. You’ll watch live demonstrations and then apply builder gel yourself with guidance and support throughout.
    • Do I need to bring a model?
      No. For this course, students will practice on themselves. This allows you to get a real feel for the product, understand application and structure on natural nails and experience first-hand how the builder gel wears and retains over time before working on clients.
    • Is a kit included?
      A kit is optional and can be purchased at the time of booking. However, we strongly recommend purchasing the kit, as we work exclusively with Glossify, and all products used during the training day are from this brand.
      Training with the same system allows you to fully understand how this specific builder gel performs, applies and wears - so you leave with confidence and consistency.
      If you already own Glossify Naturabuild, this is absolutely fine. You’ll be advised in advance on exactly what products to bring on the day.
    • Will I receive a certificate?
      Yes. Upon successful completion of the course, you’ll receive a certificate confirming your full training in Builder Gel.
    • Is this course accredited?
      This course is delivered by Woo Nails, an ABT-accredited training academy. Accreditation details and insurance guidance will be provided following training.
    • Can I get insured after completing this course?
      Yes. If you already hold a recognised nail qualification, this course can be used to support insurance for builder gel services. We always recommend checking with your insurance provider for individual requirements.
    • What products will be used during training?
      We work exclusively with Glossify, and all training will be carried out using their Naturabuild builder gel system. This ensures students receive consistent, professional education and a full understanding of how this specific builder gel performs in a real salon setting.
